There are NO MIDDLEMAN margins applied by the general contractor nor any sub contractors. This provides you true material value on every item supplied under the PCMS contract.

As Palmer sells directly to the job, there is a constant reference of every item that gets installed on the job. This team insures all material reaches your site or location on time, submittals, documentation and correspondence are accurate and billing is consolidated an end of each project for full reconciliation.

 

Material Takeoffs: Solutions by Palmer Specialists will do all material takeoffs from your prints and we guarantee only the highest quality materials from premium manufacturers will be used.
