PALMER SOLUTION: FINE LEATHER REFINISHING

A high end New York City, Times Square Hotel found its leather lobby furniture in complete disarray. Only one year old, the white designer fine leather lost its luster, was stained, scratched, and filthy. Normal maintenance continued to enhance the problem. Furniture manufacturers suggested a complete expensive reupholster. This would virtually double the original cost and would certainly add to future problems.  

The Hotel called Palmer Construction Management Solutions, for an answer.

Palmer refinished the entire 35 couches and 60 chairs in 3 days - DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!
