hotel. Construction was performed at night, poured new Concrete Flooring and installed one piece fitted flooring. Not a single
comp room was required due to client dissatisfaction of noise, or inconvenience.
Grand Cayman Islands Luxury Beach Hotel
- Designed
and project managed a beach rebuilding due to storm erosion. We used pumps to rebuild the beach after a recent hurricane removed
$100,000 of sand. Project ran covertly during guest usage and was completed in 48 hours.
